Major Peter Mugure now demands to record a statement with the police, alleging that some unknown people are behind his life.
Mugure alleges that he is getting strange visitors each day in the remand. He has further raised suspicion of the food he is being served in the remand, insisting that it might be poisoned.
The military man accused of murdering his estranged wife and two children will spend 21 days in remand after a Nanyuki court ruled.
Mugure says he wants to report the new findings to the police because his life is under threat.
Major Mugure was detained on the request of Central Region Senior Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions Peter Mailanyi.
Joyce Syombua, 31, and her two children, Shanice Maua, 10 and five-year-old Prince Michael, were reported missing on October 27 after spending two days at Major Mwaura’s home.
