Nakuru governor Lee Kinyajui claims the late former president Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi pushed him away and never appreciated him as his own son.
Following the death of the former president yesterday early in the morning, Kinyanjui was not among the national leaders who sent their condolences to the family and the nation at large. His silence was broken by his claims that he already missed his father while he was still alive and already got used to it.
Sources intimate to the Nakuru county boss says Lee claims when Moi was alive, he was near yet so far due to the strained relationship they had since he would hardly interact with his father.
This comes after a long debate about Lee Kinyanjui’s paternity with most people confused about whether Daniel Moi was his father or not. But with Kinyanjui’s claims, the debate about his paternity is now done and dusted.
