President Uhuru Kenyatta had hinted that he may relax the curfew and the cessation of movement in several counties but according to the latest development, the Ministry of Health now wants the Head of state to extend the curfew and partial lockdown to curb the infectious flu.
In a statement that has elicited mixed reactions in the country, Mutahi Kagwe maintains that the curfew and the lockdown should to prevent the new disease from treating Kenyans abnormally.
Mr. Kenyatta had earlier statted that the curfew cannot continue forever and that he will soon issue a decree of easing the measures.
President Kenyatta issued a nationwide dusk to dawn curfew on March 27 saying the National Security Council had the measures to protect the life and health of the citizens.
