“I was got pregnant by either Maraga or Nyagarama in 2013” Mary Kwamboka Onyancha now claims after Senator offered to pay for DNA test

Mary Kwamboka Onyancha has now in another twist of drama accused Chief Justice David Maraga and Nyamira Governor John Obiero Nyagarama of impregnating her without consent in 2013. Kwamboka now wants Kenyans to help her demand justice from Maraga and Nyagarama who she blames for making her destroy her marriage which was a special pillar to her.

”I came to know John Nyagarama in 2013 and he introduced me to Maraga who happens to be the Chief Justice of Kenya. The meeting was  but we had some good time at a local eatery and the only thing I can recall on that fateful day is accompanying the two to Ufanisi resort in Kisii. I never saw my periods which always knocked every 25th and I was pretty sure all was not well. They are the only men I have met and I suspect one of them is responsible for the child I later delivered” Kwamboka spoke to the press amid tears.

Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga offered her Ksh 100,000 but a source now reveals that Mary Kwamboka is not willing a DNA test to be conducted to determine whether Maraga is the biological father of the child in question.

In a post on her verified Facebook page, Omanga empathized with the woman and criticized those who had attacked her for the claims.

“Dear Kwamboka, as a woman and a mother, I understand your anger and refuse to join ranks with those who are condemning you,” she posted.

Omanga stated that she would like to see the matter being resolved as soon as possible and in the best interests of the child in question.

She went on to offer Kwamboka money which she wanted used to settle the disputes.

“I believe you will need legal representation and DNA tests to prove the allegations against the CJ and I am willing to provide Ksh 100,000 to cater for that, provided you can privately convince me of the merit of your case including the existence of the minor and prior contact with the CJ if any,” the senator offered.

She also stated that she was not happy with how Kwamboka had chosen to publicise her story.

“I may not agree with your methods because Chief Justice David Maraga is a respected elder and leader, but you deserve fairness by all means,” Omanga stated.

However, Maraga’s lawyer Danston Omari stated that the birth certificate presented by Kwamboka had glaring mistakes.

He noted that there is no registrar of births by the name F.O Shamwata in the country.

Many Kenyans have raised doubts about the existence of the child and the factualness of the woman’s plight.

Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen stated that the government was responsible for the scandal and was meant to intimidate the chief justice.

“Kwamboka and her sponsors did a very bad job. Deep state with shallow strategy. The CJ and Judiciary must be respected,” he posted on Twitter.
