It is very sad that VSSHA county Chairman is acting with impunity on a case against a team that is to represent a whole county at the regionals.
“The said team has played our student against its opponents and we are in possession of the match sheets and the photos taken before the matches.” Said a teacher of Koyonzo Secondary.
“We are aware of the plot by the said chair to have Vihiga clean their file before representing the team at the region.” He added.
The verdict over the same case by the jury has never been disclosed even after sending its members to
Koyonzo school.
It is believed that Koyonzo Secondary school is aware of all these and many more.
“We are prepared as a team and we are ready to face any team that comes our way and therefore this should not be taken as cowardice but for sanity to prevail truth has to be said.” Conluded our secret tip from Koyonzo.
It is believed that the county Sports chair and one CQUASO have been the ones pushing for the team to play despite knowing that the team had fielded ineligible players at the county championships.
Vihiga county fans have coaches learn to raise their players too and not base on other schools as academies.
The question now remains, even if Vihiga Vihiga high-school was to be presented by the County, will they be allowed to play at the regionals?
